Week of March 27-31, 2023
Happy Friday Trailblazer families,
It’s been another fun-filled week here in Trailblazer Country. We had a wonderful visit from West Park High School’s Drama Club who gave us a preview of their upcoming musical, Into the Woods. Our students were amazing LEADers in the audience as well!
We have many exciting things discussed in this week’s BLOG. Make sure to see the Spirit Week information, they Yearbook ordering information and the first announcement of our VIP and ME Glow Dance coming up in April!

MOVIE NIGHT: Next Friday, March 31 is the Spring movie night for TK, 1st and 2nd graders. Flyers went home this week to reserve your spot and pay for the evening snacks. Kids can bring blankets and pillows and parents bring a lawn chair to enjoy the evening’s movie. We will see you there!
GUMMIES STILL NEEDED: In order to support our safe routes program and our upcoming walk to school days, we are still in need of 50 large Costco boxes of gummies to get us to the end of the school year. If you can donate, please drop them off at the main office. The kids thank you in advance!
FUNDRAISER: World’s Biggest Bounce Park is at the Galleria. Have a great time with the kids while supporting Diamond Creek Elementary. Reserve your time at FunBox.com, use PROMO CODE “DCES23” for $3.00 off plus 20% will be donated back to our school.
BIRTHDAY WISHES: Does your child have a birthday between now and the end of the school year? Now is a great time to submit a form to have their birthday on our marquee message board in front of the school to make their day extra special! CLICK HERE for the form. You can hand it in to the front office or email it to marquee@diamondcreekptc.com if paying with PayPal.
SAFE ROUTES: If your student would like to participate in Safe Routes, meet us every Thursday mornings at either the front main gate or side gate to get a shoe tag or get scanned. Don’t forget to go to Active4.me to register their tag so you can get notifications with your student on campus. Each week, one student from each grade will win the weekly raffle and pick out a prize.
Wishing everyone a wonderful weekend!
Warmest regards,
Mrs. Phillips
