Week of April 5-9

Hello Trailblazer Families, We hope you have a wonderful spring break! Students are off through April 5th and will return to school on Tuesday. April 6th.  We wish you all a safe, relaxing and enjoyable break.  Please make sure to read below for Yearbook information - ORDERS ARE DUE APRIL 2nd!!   Villages Update This week students had a Village Rally in their classroom.  We spent time reviewing  Habit #7: Find Your Balance.  This is our final habit and one that is so important for all of us - especially during these stressful times.  The Essentials We Are Discussing Are: 1. Be the Best Person You Can Be 2. Be Positive and Enjoy Life 3. Live so You Never Have Regrets These are such important essentials for us all to remember each day!  Linked below are the 7 Habits we discuss at Diamond Creek. Over the school year, we will spend time each month reviewing one of the 7 Habits along with the essentials that align with each Habit. Feel free to print and use these posters at home as well. Ha

Hello Trailblazer Families, We had a fun week of learning at Diamond Creek! Students enjoyed some St. Patrick's Day reading, writing and math on Wednesday!  THANK YOU - As a staff we would like to say THANK YOU for all of the amazing donations for our PTC Grab & Go lunch that was provided for our staff.  Thank you to our PTC for hosting this for our staff. It is much appreciated!  Villages Update This week students will have our next Village Rally. Students will be learning and reviewing  Habit #7: Find Your Balance.  This is our final habit and one that is so important for all of us - especially during these stressful times.   Hello Trailblazer Families, A reminder to "spring ahead" this weekend! We had a great week of learning at Diamond Creek.  Students truly put in hard work for the time they are on site. They are engaged in ELA, Math, Writing and more.  I am amazed at their ability to follow all of our procedures so well and stay so focused on learning.  Hats off to all of our amazing students and staff.  Villages Update This week, students participated in our virtual Village Meeting. Hello Trailblazer Families, Happy March! Our students had a great week of learning at Diamond Creek. We enjoyed celebrating Read Across America Day on March 2nd. Students were diving into lots of good stories!  Villages Update This week, students will participate in our virtual Village Meeting.
