Week of September 4-8
Updates from our week at Diamond Creek
This week I enjoyed walking through classrooms, seeing familiar faces in new classes and getting to know our new students to Diamond Creek. It's exciting to see our students diving into good books and beginning 40 book challenges for the year! I can't wait to see how many books they end up reading. I also spent time reading to all of our classrooms. This allows me time to share my love of reading and share some of my favorite books. Thank you for sharing your children with us!
This week our kindergarten students will begin the early/late schedule. Some of our students will be here from 8:20-1:20 Tuesday through Thursday and another group will be here form 9:20-2:20. Parents were notified of your child's schedule from the classroom teacher. All students will attend from 8:20-1:20 on Mondays and Fridays.
