Happy Friday Trailblazer families,   Another great week is coming to a close here at Diamond Creek.  I am looking forward to our first PTC movie night for T/K-2nd graders tonight. Doors open at 6:00 pm; with the movie beginning at 6:30 pm. More information below in the PTC News section.  We had our first Village Rally today and it was so amazing to have our entire school gathered together celebrating how we are Learning to LEAD at Diamond Creek.     SCHOOL START TIME We are all working hard to get to school on time this year, especially with the earlier start time.  Please remember that our gates will open at 7:35 am and students may proceed onto the playground at this time.  School begins at the second bell at 7:45 am; this is when we will be closing the gates.  Students arriving after 7:45 am should head to the front office to check in.  Thank you!   PARKING LOT SAFETY…A Friendly Reminder Thank you for remembering to stay with yo...

  Happy Friday Trailblazer families,   We had a fantastic first full week here at Diamond Creek!  Each day our Trailblazers are learning routines and their enthusiasm for learning continues to blossom!  Our classrooms are filling up with student work on the walls and it’s so wonderful to see our kids becoming awesome Listeners, being Empathetic, Accountable and Disciplined!      PARKING LOT SAFETY Thank you for remembering to stay with your car at all times when in any of our drop off loops.  Please be mindful of our school neighbors and make sure to leave access to their driveways at all times.  Also when riding your bike or scooter to school, make sure to get off and walk them once on any campus sidewalks.   Welcome back, Trailblazer families!   We had a wonderful first two days back to school!  It was so fun to see all of the kids as they walked the red carpet to ring in a new year!  I have enjoyed walking around all of the classrooms and meeting our students!  There are almost 650 of them this year and I will be working hard to get to know their names and faces over the next few weeks.   Remember that starting Monday, August 15th we kindly ask that you say goodbye to your child at the front gates and allow them to walk with their classmates to the playground. They will meet their teachers when the bell rings. The gates will open at 7:35 am and will be closed at 7:45 am. Students arriving after this time will check in through the office and head to class.
