Week of August 17-21
WEEKLY NEWSHello Diamond Creek Families! We did it!! Week #1 of the 2020/21 school year. Please take time to relax, rejuvenate and enjoy the weekend. I want to personally say THANK YOU for all of your patience and support throughout this first week of distance learning. We know that distance learning is challenging for our students, teachers and families. I was absolutely amazed at our students this week, their engagement and hard work. Throughout the week, I had the opportunity to "pop in" in to classrooms to welcome our students and it was so nice to see their smiling faces. Thank you to our teachers for planning a variety of ways to engage students and thank you to our parents for all of your support at home. We appreciate you! This week will be another great week of building relationships and classroom communities.

Request for Support
We hope you all are well. We miss seeing your children every day in a traditional in-person setting and know this is a challenging time for families. We are here to support you and your family as we work through this unprecedented time and start the year off with a distance-learning format.
If you would like to connect with one of the school-based mental health professionals in the district or need additional support during distance learning, please visit our website and use our Request for Support form. After we receive your request, someone will contact you within 24 business hours during the traditional school workweek of Monday-Friday.
Remember: This form is for NON-EMERGENCIES only!
