Week of April 20-24
WEEKLY NEWS
Hello Diamond Creek Families! We hope you had a nice, relaxing spring break with family and that your families are staying safe and healthy.
This week our students officially kicked off Virtual Learning. We know this can be stressful and overwhelming as a family as we balance educating our children at home and working full time. The Garcia household is working through this balance as well! We are all in this together. Our teachers have put in hours of hard work to plan lessons that align with our grade level standards and curriculum so that students are prepared for next school year. We understand that these lessons might be done at different times of the day or parts may be completed at a time. We are all working together to do our best during these unknown and unchartered pathways we are living in right now. Please reach out to myself or your child's classroom teacher if you have specific questions. Thank you for all you are doing at home to help your child(ren). We truly appreciate it. We know that none of this is easy!
Please make sure to be reading through all email and messages sent through district communication. This will keep you up to date on information that is being shared with our RCSD community.
District FAQ Sheet & Continuous Learning Site
As a district, we know there has been a lot of information and questions can come from that information, so we put together a Frequently Asked Question document. Please click on this link to see answers to the most commonly asked questions regarding Distance Learning. The document has been added to the RCSD Continuous Learning Site and will be updated if needed. We thank you again for all of your support during this time.

We miss seeing your students so much and know this can be a stressful time for families. After the form is received, someone will be in contact with you after 48 business hours.
