WEEKLY NEWS Hello Diamond Creek Families! Report cards are coming home today. Please take time to review these with your child(ren) and celebrate their progress.  They have put in so much hard work along their learning journey this school year.  Thank you for all of your support at home as well. WEEKLY NEWS Today marks the end of Trimester #2 of our 2019-20 school year.  It's hard to believe we are beginning the final Trimester of the school year. Students are working so hard and have made such amazing progress this year along their learning journey.  Report cards will be sent home next Friday, February 28th. Please take time to review these with your child and celebrate their hard work and progress this year.   They are truly amazing! This week we had a Village Rally that was led by our Pinokket Village and some student leaders. WEEKLY NEWS Our final count for Pennies for Patients is complete.....AND...Diamond Creek students reached a new record by raising $11,501 for the Lymphoma & Leukemia Society. THANK YOU for all of your support with this great cause at home. We appreciate you and are so excited about our donation. This week we have a Village Rally coming up on Thursday, February 20th. WEEKLY NEWS This past week we counted up the pennies and coins after our second week of collecting for Pennies for Patients and after two weeks our total was almost $8,000!! Our goal is $10,000 to donate towards the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. We will be completing our final count after today and we will announce the grand total next week to our students.  Thank you for all of your support! This week we had a Village Meeting on Thursday. We reviewed  Habit #4: I am Mindful of Others  and our new Essential:  When you win, do not brag. When you lose, do not show anger .  Students brainstormed ways to show kindness around our school, community and at home.
