  2/17/23 Happy Friday Trailblazer families, It was a Village Rally Friday and we had a great time learning about Habit #5 LISTEN AND LEARN which falls under our L for Listeners in our LEAD expectations.  We learned about the qualities of a good listener and then we watched a great cup stacking game!  Thank you to the Pinokket Village for planning such a fun time together!   Happy Friday Trailblazer families, This week at Diamond Creek we had a great time watching Roseville High School’s Dance Class perform!  It was really exciting to see how many different styles of dance the students shared with us!  Our students were amazing audience members and remembered all of their LEAD expectations throughout the performance.  Many of them commented that they did not want the show to end!  10,000 DOJO POINTS REWARD  DJ Peter came to lunch today as our whole school Village DOJO points reward!  All of the Villages combined have earned over 10,000 points being amazing LEADers around campus!  We had so much fun dancing to the song requests submitted by the students all week!  Thank you to our very own custodian, DJ Peter for the time and effort he put into our lunchtime today!   Happy Friday Trailblazer families, We had a wonderful Village Meeting today planned by our Hukeskinu Village.  Our focus continues to be on Habit #4 I am Mindful of Others which falls under our E for being Empathetic in our LEAD acronym.  We practiced our secret village handshakes and greeting each other with respect by using good body language and a kind tone of voice.  Thank you to our Hukeskinu Village Leaders for putting together such a fun and thoughtful Village Meeting!   PENNIES FOR PATIENTS (LLS) FUNDRAISER EXTENDED Great news, Diamond Creek has already raised $6,385.00 for this wonderful charity!  We are hoping to make it to $10,000, so we decided to keep the fundraising going for one more week!  HERE   is Diamond Creek's page.
