Hello Trailblazer Families,
One of the highlights of our week was our Village meeting on Wednesday! All of our students were able to meet in person with their Village and review Habit #6: All In This Together. We completed a teamwork art activity together in groups and will eventually put all of our art together from all Villages. This was the first time for many of our students meeting in their Village and getting to know their Village teammates.
A reminder there is no school on Monday, March 21st for students.
Our students have been practicing their Village chants and we wanted to share these with you as well! HERE are the chants if you'd like to practice at home too!

YEARBOOK INFORMATION
A yellow flier went home with students to purchase a yearbook for this school year. This is the FIRST and ONLY OPPORTUNITY to purchase a book filled with memories from the 2021-22 school year. Sales will run through April 4th and when they are done, they are done! We do not order extras to sell at the end of the year so do not delay and place your order today!

Student Drop Off & Pick Up Safety:
A reminder to please drive slowly through our bus loops, pulling all the way up when you are picking up or dropping off students. There are many crosswalks that our students and families use in the morning and afternoon as they are traveling to and from school. We ask that you drive slowly and be cautious of walkers and bikers. Student safety is a priority at Diamond Creek and we ask for your help in getting our students to and from school safely.
If a bus is parked and has a stop sign out while you are driving, you must stop as you would for a stop sign.

Cooley Middle School Dance Team: 2022-23 Auditions
Pre-registration opened on 3/1 for Cooley Middle School Dance Team tryouts for the 2022-23 school year. Auditions are open for incoming 6th graders and 7th-8th graders. An informational meeting will be held on Thursday, 3/24. Auditions are on 3/30, 3/31, and 4/1 (all tryout days are mandatory).To pre-register, go to our website HERE and fill out the Google Form under "Auditions 2022-23." Then print the registration packet from our website, due at the informational meeting OR at the first day of auditions. Registration packets will also be available at our informational meeting and at the Cooley front office.
