Week of October 26-30

 WEEKLY NEWS

Hello Trailblazer Families.

I'm happy to share with you our schedule for in person learning on campus. 1st grade - 5th grade will be 8:30am - 1:30pm. TK and Kindergarten will be on an early and late schedule with the Early Birds from 8:30am - 11:30am and the Later Gators from 10:30am - 1:30pm. We plan to have procedures to keep everyone safe while arriving on campus, moving through campus and leaving campus. I will be sharing those with you next week. Students may arrive on campus starting at 8:15am and walk to their classrooms where their teacher will be greeting them at the door.

November 3rd is a materials pick up for families that have registered for Champions Academy. Your teacher will be notifying you if you will have items to be picked up. This round will be from 7:30am - 4pm anytime you're available. We will not have specific times for last names - please just come at the time that works best for you.

Chromebook Return for In Person/On Campus Students: If you have District Chromebook that we checked out to your student(s) we will be collecting those. November 3rd from 7:30am - 4pm you can drop it off with the charger in the Multi Purpose Room. If you're able to put a post-it-note on it with your child's first and last name that will help our process. We will also have the post-it-notes available if you're unable to. If you're unable to drop it off on November 3rd during that time - please send the Chromebook to school with your child and they can return it in their classroom. If your child is attending Champions Academy you will continue to use the Chromebook and do not need to return it at this time.

We're so excited to have students back on campus! While we finalize procedures we will be sharing them with families so that students know what to expect when coming to school on November 4th. The District will be sharing information as well so please take time to watch and read all communication that is sent out. We appreciate your support as we join together for our Diamond Creek Trailblazers!

The essential skill is learning from their mistakes.
